GCF - Feedback anonymous external complaints
As per the procedures established by the Social Responsibility Management System, adopted according to the criteria set forth in the SA8000 International Standard, we publish below the responses to reports/complaints forwarded externally and anonymously and pertaining to SA8000 issues: child and child labour, forced and compulsory labour, occupational health and safety, freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining, direct and indirect discrimination, disciplinary procedures, working hours and pay.
