Matisa B45D
Double–headed tamping machine
Compact line tamping machine, double-headed, ensuring high performance. The machine is equipped with two double independent D-type tamping units for a total of 32 hammers, and a line clamp with two hooks: a combination that ensures yield in the order of 1,200 meters per hour.
Simple and compact, the Matisa B45 D tamping machine moves with astonishing ease on standard or broad gauge networks, as well as narrow gauge systems, networks with limited axle load or very narrow circulation outlines.
It is used to process main line and high speed tracks, as well as high-performance renewal sites.
double-headed tamping units
Equipped with eight fully independent hammer arms and tamping technology with high-frequency elliptical movements, ensuring good penetration and uniform, durable railbed compaction.
NEMO optical measurement base
Comprising a series of LEDs and an optical receiver, this use ensures very high measurement precision and geometrical correction. The absence of moving mechanical components and metal wires ensures absolute reliability, thereby also excluding all disturbances caused by the hammers, vibrations or wind.
line clamps with two hooks
Equipped with a jaw detection device, if obstacles are encountered the second pair of hooks instantly stops to allow correction of the geometry.
The grip on the rail is thereby always assured, without affecting performance and work quality.
